I love tartan. I love it like the wind loves the trees and Kim Kardashian loves selfies. Always have, always will....I think. I can't say for sure, as I'm a transient being [very Russell Brand statement, that.] I'm also a bit of a skort addict, since they made their major comeback via Zara, this summer. There's something about the narrow fit that really does it for me. Hubba hubba. Ergo, this tartan skort was a bit of a no-brainer. Danke, Topshop.
Now, before you say it, I know that bare legs come November is pushing it. But I hate forgoing bare legs, just because, erm, it's bloody freezing and essentially, total insanity not to wear tights. Loads of my skirt/bootayyy combos don't work with the addition of tights and so occasionally, I have to crack the leg whip and stomp out with nude gams. Each to their own, I say. And how do you know I'm not wearing a weeny white thermal under my turtleneck? Bingo.
